This series of pressure reducing valves belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is composed of parts such as valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring, etc. The pilot valve is mainly composed of parts such as valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and regulating spring. This product has made significant improvements on the basis of ordinary pressure reducing valves, increasing the piston area, changing the throttling structure, sealing form, increasing the flow area, etc., thereby greatly improving performance in terms of sensitivity, flow rate, and service life.
This product is mainly used in steam pipelines, suitable for steam pipelines with large flow settings, large flow rate changes, and large inlet pressure changes.

Q1:what is the safety valve ?
1. The main purpose of safety valves is to protect life, property and the environment. A safety valve is designed to open and release overpressure in a container or device, and to re-close and prevent further fluid release when it returns to its normal state.
2. A safety valve is a safety device that is in many cases the last line of defense. It is important to ensure that the safety valve can operate at all times and under all circumstances. Safety valves are not process valves or pressure regulators and should not be abused. It should be run for one purpose only: overvoltage protection.\
Q2:How does a Safety Valve work?
The working principle of a safety valve can be summarized as follows:
1. Open: When the system pressure exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the valve disc opens under the action of medium pressure and spring force, releasing pressure.
2.Keep open: When the system pressure stabilizes within the set pressure, the spring stabilizes, the system remains under stress, and the safety valve remains open.
3. Close: When the system pressure is lower than the set pressure of the safety valve, the spring cannot lock and seal, and the valve disc closes under the action of medium pressure, and the medium pressure no longer increases.
