Adopting the principle of three-dimensional eccentricity, there are two structural forms: elastic and multi-level. The butterfly plate and valve seat of the elastic metal sealed butterfly valve are machined into spherical surfaces, which are sealed by the deformation of the spherical surface caused by the force when closed. The two sealing surfaces of the multi-level structure are in contact with each other, and the sealing part of the butterfly plate is formed by overlapping and pressing two sealing materials, soft and hard, relying on the deformation of the sealing pair during compression to form a sealing force. The two structures can instantly separate the two sealing pairs when opened, resulting in minimal friction and prolonging the service life of the valve.
